You can arrive from 4pm on the start date of your holiday and must vacate by 10.30am on the date of departure.

Conditions of Booking

Deposit of 30% required on booking!

A charge of will be made if central heating is requested. This will be based on the metered use of oil. (currently priced at 68pence per litre) Electricity is included in the rental. A basket of logs and firelighters for the log burner will be provided free of charge.

Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition and rubbish put in the bins provided.
